💬 Casey's Caboose is an imaginative Killington restaurant opened in 1981 and housed in a 35-ton circa-1900 railroad snowplow car, instantly recognizable by its distinctive yellow plow and red train car on Killington Road. Named for engineer Casey Jones of Cannonball Express fame, the family-friendly spot serves burgers, steaks, seafood, and more, with seating in a raised observation deck where the engineer once directed the plow, or along long banks of windows overlooking the mountain. As the restaurant puts it: 'if you haven't been to Casey's, you haven't been to Killington.'
