💬 American Flatbread's original restaurant has fired pizzas in a wood-fired oven at Lareau Farm since 1991, after founder George Schenk started baking in his backyard in 1985 and selling flatbreads one night a week at Tucker Hill lodge. The 25-acre farmstead on the Mad River valley floor holds the restaurant, a bed and breakfast, a wedding and event space, ten acres of gardens, and art galleries in the Big Red Barn open June through October.
