💬 Johnny Seesaw's is the signature restaurant of Seesaw's Lodge, a historic mountain lodge on Vermont Route 11 near Bromley Mountain that has welcomed guests since 1924. Named for the inn's founding spirit, the restaurant serves housemade pastas, locally sourced ingredients, and crafted cocktails in an intimate log-beamed dining room warmed by a historic fieldstone fireplace. The lodge is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is noted for its role in the early days of American downhill skiing. Seesaw's also offers six lodge rooms and three freestanding cabins for overnight stays.
