💬 Sweet Basil Cafe & Catering grew out of Sweet Basil Country Catering, which Delise Robarts started in her home kitchen in 1993 and built into a Northeast Kingdom fixture for weddings and parties known for fresh seasonal food and tasteful presentation. The cafe opened on Depot Street in Lyndonville in March 2001 and became a local dinner favorite. Today it serves dinner Thursday through Saturday from 5 p.m., with takeout and curbside pickup and weekly specials announced on its Facebook page.
