A 422-acre warmwater lake in Groton State Forest regularly fished for bass, chain pickerel, yellow perch, brown bullhead and sunfish. The lake has some of the most accessible public fishing in the Northeast Kingdom fringe, with boat access at Stillwater and beach-side day use at Boulder Beach. Water clarity is modest, so fish the weed edges and structure.
